* It's always playtime and there is NO additional charge
* All guests must be sociable, non-aggressive
* All guests must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old
* All guests must be current on all shots
* Guests will be subject to a "time out" if they exhibit unacceptable behavior
       (Separation from other guests but not isolated)
* Owners are responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets
* Payment for services will be made at time of pick up
       (Cash, Check, MC, Visa, Discover, AmEx & Debit)
* Late pickup will incur additional reasonable charges
* Bring Food with your pet. Changing diets for the little ones leads to upset stomachs.
* Leash guests for drop-off and pick-up
* Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to visit to avoid charges
* Reservations for holiday stays require a non-refundable 2 day deposit
* Overnight guests may be picked up after 24 hours for an additional charges of $2.50        per hour
* Sunday pick up or drop off is available
* Bring your dogs crate if they sleep in the crate at home
* Feeding time is the only time guests are crated. Even the gentlest pet can become aggressive when food is introduced
